・市場、競合、技術要件等の各種調査、データ解析
・中長期経営計画、経営会議資料等の資料作成、更新、社内周知
・データドリブンな事業戦略策定及び推進（データ整備とツール活用方法の検討を含む）
・ビジネスモデルの調査、検討、提案
・商流の整理を含むガバナンス体制の最適化、業務見直しによる効率性と質の向上
・成長戦略・成長投資戦略策定のためのデータ整備、M A推進、及びPMI活動（統合後の体制構築・定着支援）
【その他】
・統括本部長、各事業部長等の上席からの指示事項への対応
・統括本部の全体イベントなど、本部室への協力
・事業戦略策定・推進リーダー（調査・分析担当）として必要な実務全般

Required Skills
■必須要件
・財務会計、管理会計の知見を有し、3年以上の実務経験があること
・日商簿記2級、もしくは同等以上の資格
■歓迎要件
・プロジェクトリーダー経験
・業務におけるリーダー経験
・MBA（経営学修士）、中小企業診断士等
■リーダー経験/3年以上
■英語力：ビジネスレベル/TOEIC 700相当
■その他の条件
PPT、Excel、Word等による資料作成、プレゼンテーション経験（日本語及び英語）
