【業務内容】
日本の自動車メーカー（OEM）と当社の電子製品に関する技術面およびプロジェクト面での調整・サポート業務。
プロジェクト推進において、日本のOEMとHELLA間の要件調整、各種ミーティング運営、技術・業務協議など円滑なコミュニケーションを推進し、日本市場向け電子事業の開発活動に必要な情報の収集・整理および社内関係部門とのデータ共有を支援頂きます。
【主な業務内容】
・顧客との技術窓口として、技術的な問い合わせや課題対応をリード
・顧客ニーズおよび製品要件に基づくシステムコンセプトの立案・策定
・顧客要求事項の分析および要件の明確化
・顧客要求事項に基づく製品固有のユースケースの策定
・関係者（顧客、開発部門、品質部門など）のニーズを踏まえた技術仕様の定義・作成、およびその調整・管理

・システム機能の定義およびスコープ策定経験
・製品開発におけるシステムアーキテクチャ設計経験

・グローバルチーム環境でのプロジェクト推進・協業経験
・Automotive SPICEに関する知識または実務経験
・機能安全（ISO26262）、FMEA、FMEDA、サイバーセキュリティに関する知識または実務経験
