大手外資系金融機関にて、日本国内の政府機関、公共機関、政策関連機関などを担当する公共セクター担当リレーションシップマネージャーを募集しています。

本ポジションでは、公共セクターの主要クライアントとの関係構築・強化を担い、政策上の優先事項、資金調達ニーズ、投資方針を理解した上で、融資、決済、流動性管理、外国為替（FX）、キャピタルマーケッツ、証券サービスなど幅広い金融ソリューションを提案します。

また、銀行のグローバルネットワークを活用し、日本の公共セクターと海外市場をつなぐクロスボーダー案件や官民連携（PPP）関連のビジネス機会を開拓。国内外のプロダクトスペシャリストと連携しながら、公共セクターバンキングの専門性をさらに高められるポジションです。

• クライアントの政策上の優先事項、資金調達ニーズ、投資目標を把握し、新たな金融ビジネス機会を発掘

Join a leading global financial institution as a Public Sector Relationship Manager, managing and developing strategic relationships with government institutions, public agencies, policy organizations, and other public sector clients across Japan.

This client-facing role combines Public Sector Coverage, Corporate Banking, credit analysis, and transaction execution. You will identify clients' policy priorities, funding requirements, and investment objectives, then coordinate solutions across lending, payments, liquidity management, foreign exchange, capital markets, and securities services.

Leveraging the bank's international network, you will also develop cross-border and public-private opportunities, connecting Japanese public sector institutions with regional and global capabilities while maintaining strong credit, risk, and compliance standards.

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with government institutions, public agencies, policy organizations, and other public sector clients in Japan.
• Understand clients' policy priorities, funding requirements, and investment objectives to identify relevant banking and financing opportunities.
• Originate solutions across lending, payments, liquidity management, foreign exchange, capital markets, and securities services.
• Develop account strategies to deepen institutional relationships, expand business opportunities, and support revenue growth.
• Identify and drive cross-border and public-private opportunities by connecting Japanese public sector clients with the bank's global network.
• Coordinate with product specialists and regional and global teams to structure and execute complex institutional transactions.
• Lead credit reviews, transaction approvals, and portfolio monitoring, maintaining strong risk management and compliance standards.
• Monitor client, regulatory, policy, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コーポレートバンキング、公共セクターバンキング、ソブリンカバレッジ、金融機関カバレッジまたは関連する金融サービス分野での実務経験 6〜10年程度
• 政府機関、公共機関、政策関連機関、その他公共セクターとのリレーションシップを担当した経験
• 融資、キャッシュマネジメント、決済、外国為替、キャピタルマーケッツなどの銀行商品に関する十分な知識
• クレジット分析、案件執行、複雑な機関投資家・法人顧客とのリレーションシップ管理経験
• 複数のプロダクトチームと連携し、顧客向け金融ソリューションのオリジネーションから提供までを推進した経験

• リレーションシップマネジメント、コミュニケーション能力
• 顧客ニーズを汲み取り、機会・リスクを総合的に捉える判断力
• プロダクト、リージョナル、グローバルと円滑に協働するチームワーク

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Public Sector Banking, Sovereign Coverage, Financial Institutions Coverage, or a related financial services role.
• Experience managing relationships with government institutions, public agencies, policy organizations, or other public sector clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, including lending, cash management, payments, foreign exchange, and capital markets.
• Strong experience in credit analysis, transaction execution, and managing complex institutional client relationships.
• Experience collaborating across multiple product teams to originate and deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Proven ability to manage client coverage while supporting transaction approvals, portfolio management, risk, and compliance requirements.

• Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior institutional stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to evaluate business opportunities, client priorities, and potential risks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, regional, and global teams.
• Strategic and client-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term institutional relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders.

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Intermediate to Business level for regional and global collaboration.

• Direct experience in Public Sector Banking or Public Sector Coverage.
• Experience covering government institutions, public agencies, policy organizations, or sovereign-related entities.
• Experience within a global bank, international financial institution, or major Japanese bank.
• Exposure to cross-border or public-private financing opportunities.
• Broad knowledge across Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Markets, and Capital Markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
