- Women's RTWおよびShoesカテゴリーのMD戦略立案
- シーズナルバイイングプランの策定・実行
- 商品構成およびアソートメント計画の作成
- 店舗クラスター戦略に基づく商品展開管理
- 店舗向け商品トレーニングの企画・実施
- 店舗訪問を通じた販売サポートおよびコーチング
