Job Title: Regional Compliance Specialist
About Us:
A leading global healthcare and medical technology multinational is seeking a Regional Compliance Specialist to join its APAC Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compliance professional who enjoys working across multiple markets, partnering with business stakeholders, and contributing to the development of a strong compliance culture across the region.
Reporting into the regional compliance function, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing compliance initiatives across Asia Pacific. The position offers broad exposure across compliance program management, ethics and integrity, risk assessment, third-party due diligence, policy implementation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of a strong compliance culture and provide guidance to business leaders on compliance-related matters.
Design and deliver compliance training, awareness campaigns, and communication initiatives across APAC.
Support the implementation and enhancement of regional compliance programs, policies, procedures, and controls.
Partner with local teams to conduct compliance risk assessments and support risk management initiatives.
Conduct and oversee third-party due diligence and business partner integrity assessments.
Monitor compliance program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Assist with remediation activities and regional compliance projects when required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related discipline.
Experience in Compliance, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, or related functions.
Experience working within a multinational and/or regulated industry environment.
Exposure to compliance risk assessments, policy implementation, training programs, third-party due diligence, or governance frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
