Job Description
JAC's client, an urban development company is looking for Landscape Design Manager position.
Location: Thủ Dầu Một, Binh Dương. Shuttle bus from HCMC provided
Lead and manage landscape design throughout all project stages.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure quality, budget, and schedule targets.
Review design documents for quality, cost-effectiveness, and constructability.
Resolve design issues and support construction execution on site.
Monitor construction quality and maintenance performance; propose improvements for long-term efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in landscape design and design management.
Strong knowledge of planting design, hardscape works, and landscape maintenance.
Experience with residential, urban, or large-scale development projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and English communication.
