Company Overview

A company with established IT operations is hiring for an IT Network Engineer position in Dong Nai City. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting network infrastructure, servers, Microsoft 365, and IT security.

Job Description:

1. Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, router, switch, and network connectivity. 2. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, backup, storage, and virtualization. 3. Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, user accounts, and licenses. 4. Support IT security, endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and access control. 5. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and coordinate with external vendors. 6. Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system maintenance.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. 2. 2 to 4 years of relevant network, system, or IT infrastructure experience. 3. Hands-on experience with networks, Windows Server, and/or Microsoft 365. 4. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Entra ID and Intune. 5. Good troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. 6. CCNA, Microsoft, Fortinet, or ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
