魚の加工工場における、工場管理業務の全般をお任せします

・生産管理
・品質管理

・工場管理経験者
・ベトナム語中級(工場メンバーと問題なくコミュニケーションが取れるレベル)
≪求める人物像≫
・ベトナム語を理解でき、現場を把握し、日本本社へ正確に報告・提案できる人
・考え方の違いを理解し、双方の橋渡し役となれる人
■オファー内容(勤務条件)■
≪年収≫ 400～600万程度(経験・スキルにより決定)
≪勤務地≫ バリアブンタウ工場
≪勤務時間≫ 月～土8:00～17:00(工場カレンダーに準ずる)
≪福利厚生≫
・住宅支給
・日本から赴任する場合は渡航費等会社負担
※福利厚生については採用方法（日本法人採用または現地法人採用）に応じて検討
