事業拡大および次世代マネジメント人材育成のため、化学事業部にて営業マネージャー候補を募集し
ます。将来的にはマレーシア化学事業の中核人材として、営業活動のみならず事業戦略の立案、現地
チームマネジメント、新規事業開発を担っていただくことを期待しています。
業務内容
日系およびローカル顧客への化学品営業
既存顧客との関係強化および新規顧客開拓
サプライヤーとの価格・納期・契約条件交渉
市場動向および業界情報の収集・分析
新規商材・新規市場の探索
既存ビジネスの拡販戦略立案など
≪求める人物像≫
■化学品業界、商社、メーカーでの営業経験
■ASEAN市場でのビジネス経験
■マネジメント経験または後輩育成経験
■ビジネスレベルの英語力
