このポジションでは、米国事業の重要な拡大フェーズにおいて財務機能全般を統括し、財務ガバナンス、事業計画、会計・税務・レポーティング体制の構築を推進するとともに、グローバルの財務リーダーシップや外部パートナーと連携しながら、経営陣への戦略的な支援を通じて持続的な事業成長を実現いただきます。
職務内容
グローバル財務チームおよび外部サービスプロバイダーとの連携による財務オペレーションおよびガバナンスの推進
財務および関連機能全般（ITを含む）の統括
月次・四半期・年次決算および税務申告業務の管理
法定・税務・経営管理・外部向け財務レポーティングの実施
予算策定、フォーキャスト、中期事業計画の策定
財務リスクおよび事業機会に関する分析・提言
内部監査およびコンプライアンス関連業務の管理
経営層への財務面からの戦略提言
ITおよびシステム関連プロセスの統括
サプライチェーン・物流を含む部門横断プロジェクトの支援
新規法人における財務基盤およびガバナンス体制の構築
応募資格
財務、会計、経営学または関連分野の学士号
財務領域での実務経験7年以上
FP&A、会計、財務報告に関する知識
ERPシステム（SAPまたは同等システム）の利用経験
税務申告経験
英語・日本語ともにネイティブレベル
変化の速い環境で主体的に業務推進できる方
CPA等の会計資格保有者歓迎

給与 USD120,000-160,000
