日系製造業にて、日英バイリンガルのQuality Coordinatorを募集しております。
本ポジションでは、品質管理業務の推進役として、品質システムの運用、継続的改善活動の推進、品質監査対応、製造・エンジニアリング部門との連携などを担当いただきます。日本語・英語の双方を使用しながら、日本側チームと米国チームの橋渡し役として活躍いただくポジションです。
職務内容品質管理プロセスの構築・改善
検査、試験、工程監査等の品質活動の推進
FMEA、5Why、特性要因図等を用いた原因分析および是正処置対応
品質改善活動および継続的改善活動の推進
製造部門・技術部門との連携による品質問題の解決
品質関連文書の管理・更新
IATF16949に基づく品質マネジメントシステムの維持
内部監査、顧客監査、認証監査の対応
APQP、PPAP等の新製品立ち上げに関する品質対応
品質チームへのサポートおよび業務調整
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
製造業での品質関連業務経験
品質改善、問題解析、是正処置対応の経験
製造現場や生産技術、品質保証、品質管理いずれかの経験
社内外関係者とのコミュニケーション能力
IATF16949の知識または運用経験
自動車業界経験
金型・プレス加工製品の知識
APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPCの経験
CMMプログラミング経験
生産技術・Manufacturing Engineer経験
米国ケンタッキー州スタンフォード
