職務概要 製造工場における生産活動をサポートし、オペレーションの効率化と安定稼働を推進するポジションです。生産計画、資材計画、在庫管理、需要予測、サプライヤーとの調整などを通じて、製品を品質・納期・予算の要件に沿って安定的に供給できる体制づくりに貢献します
職務内容
生産能力計画および資材計画の調整・管理
生産に必要な部材や資材の適切な供給体制の構築
在庫予測、資材管理、生産スケジューリングに関する業務改善およびベストプラクティスの導入
在庫回転率、在庫保有日数、納期遵守率などのKPI達成に向けた推進業務
購買部門と連携したサプライヤー対応および供給品質管理
生産における資材需要と供給フローの管理
データ収集・分析・検証を通じた需要予測および在庫最適化
生産工程におけるボトルネックの特定と改善策の実施
社内関係部署との連携強化および高品質な成果創出
安全衛生方針および関連規制に沿った業務運営の推進
応募資格
学士号またはそれと同等の学歴
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル
製造業界において、生産計画、資材計画、サプライチェーン、製造オペレーション、または関連分野で3～5年程度の実務経験
需要予測やデータ分析に関する知識・経験
品質評価および継続的改善への意識
勤務地 イリノイ州ベンセンビル/エルクグローブビレッジ
FLSA区分 Exempt
給与 USD60,000-80,000
