About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Planning Manager to join the team. This is a strategic business partnering role that supports senior management in driving business performance, long-term growth, and organizational success across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in business planning, performance management, executive reporting, and strategic decision-making while working closely with stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Japan.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Planning
Lead annual budgeting, mid-term plans, and long-term business planning processes.
Coordinate budget cycles, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning activities.
Translate corporate strategy into actionable business plans and measurable objectives.
Support strategic initiatives and business transformation projects across the region.
Performance Management & Business Insights
Monitor business performance and key strategic initiatives.
Analyze financial and operational results to identify risks and opportunities.
Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
Lead monthly management reporting for EMEA leadership and headquarters.
Business Partnering
Act as a trusted business partner to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Support management meetings and strategic decision-making processes.
Prepare executive presentations, business review materials, and board-level reports.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across EMEA and Japan.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies and internal controls.
Promote transparency, compliance, and effective business management practices.
Support continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and governance processes.
Who We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic planning, finance, FP&A, business controlling, or a related function within an international organization.
Strong understanding of:
P&L management
Balance sheet management
Corporate finance
Business performance management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with regional headquarters and global stakeholders.
Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
