Job Description
Lead and support new product development initiatives from concept to commercialization.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
Manage vendor relationships, including supplier selection, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
Oversee procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely availability of materials.
Monitor supply and demand planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Logistics.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and product enhancement.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
