Role Overview
Warehouse/shop‑floor automation, material handling – Installation, Operation & Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
Vendor coordination: Track deliverables (layout, navigation, fleet manager config, charging, safety) and enforce timelines/quality.
Project execution: Support site readiness, floor/path setup, network/Wi‑Fi checks, safety device installation, trials, and validations.
Commissioning & testing: Participate in necessary Acceptance test, verify missions, docking accuracy, obstacle handling, and stability.
Operations (post go‑live): Monitor fleet, manage missions/task queues, resolve blockages, analyze errors/logs, drive uptime.
Integration support: Coordinate IT, Vendor and interfaces
Safety & compliance: Adhere ad perform routine checks (scanners, E‑stops, bumpers).
Training & documentation: Create SOPs, one‑point lessons, and maintain as‑built and test records.
Should be able to Program PLC for Equipment Automation & Troubleshooting.
Should implement Kaizens for improving quality and cycle time.
Attend the equipment breakdown and be able to take Corrective and Preventive action.
Should take care of making maintenance report as per the schedule.
Should make monthly report for breakdown and along with why-why analysis.
Should take care of Spare parts monitoring.
Should maintain confidentiality when dealing with technology and confidential designs.
