Description
- 複数の開発プロジェクトにおけるテスト戦略の策定、計画立案、および実行管理を担当
- 約10名規模のテストチームのマネジメントおよびメンバー育成を推進
- 日本国内のビジネス部門および海外デリバリーチームとの調整・連携
- テスト進捗、リスク、品質指標を管理し、プロジェクト関係者へレポーティング

- ネイティブレベルまたはビジネスレベル以上の日本語力と、グローバル環境で業務遂行可能な英語力をお持ちの方
- 高いリーダーシップとステークホルダーマネジメント能力を持ち、主体的に課題解決を推進できる方
