ディスプレイ作成のため店舗ラウンド（全国出張）
主要店舗に於いてレイアウト変更後、本国との確認
店舗VMスタッフに向けたVMトレーニングの実施
本国ガイドラインをもとに、ローカライズ案の提案と実施
VMDツールのオーダー、予算、スケジュール管理
新規・改装店舗のディスプレイプラン作成
2 POP UP ウィンドウの実施
国内関連部署、本国と連携したPOP UP、ウィンドウの企画・実施
施工業者の選定と製作の進行
予算、スケジュール管理
VMディスプレイプランの作成
施工立ち合いとディスプレイ（深夜業務含む）
展示会セットアップ

ストアの補修
