生産スケジュールに基づき、サプライヤーおよび社内部門間における資材の流れを調整・加速させるとともに、資材および生産ニーズの計画・スケジューリングを行う。自身の業務品質のみならず、チーム全体の業務にも影響を与える役割を担う。標準化された業務手順や作業プロセスに従い、日常的なオペレーションおよび技術業務を遂行する。また、業務状況の変化に応じて作業の優先順位や進め方を柔軟に見直し、最適な形で業務を完遂する。
職務概要
この役割は、製造チームで扱う資材の円滑な流れを確保し、サプライチェーンの効率性を最大化するために、資材の調達、保管、配送を調整する責任を負います。
職務内容
・資材の在庫レベルを監視し、在庫管理システムを維持する。
・サプライヤーとの連携、発注、資材のタイムリーな配送を確保する。
・資材の不足や余剰を特定し、解決策を提案・実行する。
・ロジスティクスプロセスを最適化し、コスト削減と効率向上に貢献する。
・関連する部門と連携し、資材のニーズと供給の整合性を確保する。
・品質基準と規制要件を遵守する。

・日本語と英語でのビジネスレベルの流暢さ。
