【主な業務内容】
・生産管理、在庫管理、購買、倉庫管理、包装仕様書の作成および出荷業務の統括
・OTIF、Plan Attainment、Release Adherence、Late MRP、在庫回転率、廃棄量、倉庫容量などSCM関連KPIの管理・改善
・SAP（MM、PP、WH、QM、SD）を活用した業務プロセスの最適化
・Site Supply Chain代表としてS OPプロセスの推進と改善への貢献
・CMOや物流業者を含むサプライヤーの選定、評価、マネジメントおよび協業推進
・GMP要件に基づく倉庫環境の維持・改善
・SOPの作成、改訂および管理によるチーム内ナレッジの標準化と継承
・コスト削減プロジェクトのリード
・他部門を巻き込んだサプライチェーン関連のグローバルチェンジマネジメント推進
・倉庫設備やユーティリティの適切な維持管理
・工場目標に連動した短期・長期目標の設定と実行
・工場内外のステークホルダーとの良好な関係構築および維持

Required Skills
＜必須条件＞
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・製造業にて製造拠点におけるサプライチェーンマネジメントの実務経験：5年以上
・中規模（部門横断やグローバルが関わるプロジェクト）の、プロジェクトリーダーとしての経験
＜歓迎する経験・スキル＞
・製薬業界の製造拠点におけるサプライチェーンマネジメント経験
・生産計画分野でのSAPの使用経験（S/4HANAの経験があれば尚可）
