【業務について】

日々の法務相談対応や契約管理にとどまらず、事業のさらなる飛躍を実現するため、データ保護法対応、国内外の投資・提携活動、海外子会社の統制、社内の知識や意識の底上げ、AIを活用した法務関連業務の改革や効率化など、戦略的な施策についても他の法務メンバーとともに推進いただくことを期待しています。
【本ポジションのミッションと具体的な業務】
・各種契約書（英文・和文）の作成およびリーガルチェック
・事業部門からの事業遂行に関する法的質問への回答・助言提供
・契約管理、利用規約管理
・個人情報保護法対応
・国内外の投資・提携案件の推進および外部法律事務所との連携
・海外展開に伴う法令調査、リーガルリスクの分析と対応策の提案、実行
・AIやクロスボーダーのデータ移転、サイバー法など、比較的新しい法分野への対応
・社内向けの啓発活動
・法務部門の業務改革、契約文書管理体制の見直しなど
