・月次、四半期および年次において、グローバルレベルで子会社の数値を取りまとめたうえで、連結決算の計数作成、役員報告対応、会計監査人対応、およびディスクロージャー対応をご担当いただきます。
・また、ご希望とキャリアに応じて一定程度の経験を積んだ後には、財務会計のCoE（Center of Exellence）機能として、グループの財務会計制度の立案、改善及び維持、グループ各社への指導・サポート、専門性の高い会計処理対応、業務プロセス（含む連結決算システム）改善などの業務改革に携わっていただきます。
・なおプロフェッショナル（課長級）としてjoinいただいた際には、グループ各社へのガバナンスや指導、交渉もご担当いただいたり、3名ほどのメンバーのチームリード（PM）も担っていただく予定です。

主任の場合
【MUST】
下記の項目をすべて満たす方
・上場会社の連結決算業務の実務経験または同等の知見
・海外子会社とメールやチャットでやり取りできる程度の英語力（目安TOEIC650点以上）
【WANT】
・上場会社の連結決算業務３年以上の実務経験
・単体あるいはグループの財務会計ポリシーの設計検討、業務プロセス改善等のご経験
・メーカーもしくは、IT業界でのご経験
・TOEIC750点
