【Job Description】
・需要・供給バランスを考慮した中長期の生産計画を策定・管理する
・Sales and Operations Planningプロセスを推進し、安定供給を支援する
・顧客需要や供給状況をモニタリングし、供給課題を迅速に解決する
・製品導入、移管、仕様変更などのライフサイクルプロジェクトを主導する
・在庫水準および計画パラメーターを最適化し、供給効率を向上させる
・サプライチェーンプロセスやシステムの継続的改善を推進する
・製造、品質保証、物流、事業部門などの関係者と密接に連携する

・ERPシステムの利用経験（SAP経験歓迎）
・製薬企業での経験（GMP知識） 尚可
・サプライチェーン以外の領域（営業、製造、品質）の職務経験尚可
