• 日本およびアジア各国における規制取引報告（Regulatory Transaction Reporting）業務を統括し、正確かつ適時な報告を推進
• ビジネス、コンプライアンス、テクノロジー、オペレーション部門と連携し、金融商品・取引データに関する規制要件を分析・解釈しながら最適な業務プロセスを構築
• 規制変更、新規プロジェクト、システム改善、業務プロセス改善をリード
• 取引報告に関する課題を解決し、内部統制、データ品質、業務効率の向上を推進
• 規制当局、取引所、業界団体および社内関係者との良好なリレーションを構築
• チームメンバーの育成・指導を行い、高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる組織づくりを推進

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Vice President to lead reporting initiatives across Japan and Asia, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence. • Lead regulatory transaction reporting activities across Japan and other Asian markets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Partner with business, compliance, technology, and operations stakeholders to interpret regulatory requirements and develop practical business solutions.
• Support regulatory change initiatives, system enhancements, new business implementations, and process improvement projects.
• Investigate and resolve reporting issues while strengthening controls, improving data accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with regulators, exchanges, industry groups, and internal stakeholders to support regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive working environment.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融機関における5年以上の規制取引報告（Regulatory Transaction Reporting）、オペレーション、コンプライアンス、または関連するコントロール業務の経験
• 金融商品、取引データ、オペレーションプロセス、規制要件に関する実務経験
• 規制対応、業務改善、システム導入などのプロジェクト推進経験

• チームをリードし、人材育成・コーチングができる高いリーダーシップ
• 優れた分析力、課題解決能力、および意思決定能力
• 高いコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーマネジメント力
• 複数の案件を同時に推進できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（Fluent）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（Fluent）

• 投資銀行またはグローバル金融機関での勤務経験
• 日本およびアジア市場における規制取引報告制度（Transaction Reporting）に関する知識
• オペレーション、テクノロジー、コンプライアンスを横断したプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 規制取引報告（Regulatory Transaction Reporting）システム、データガバナンス、自動化プロジェクトに関する経験

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory reporting, operations, compliance, business management, or other related control functions within financial services.
• Experience working with financial products, transaction reporting, operational processes, or regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience supporting regulatory, operational, or technology-driven change initiatives.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Japanese: Business-level proficiency or above.
• English: Business-level proficiency or above.

• Experience within an investment bank or global financial institution.
• Knowledge of Japanese and Asian regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving operations, technology, and compliance.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems, data governance, and process automation.
