Technical Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description

  • Serve as a key contact for managing quality-related issues and inventory concerns involving finished products, packaging materials, and production inputs. Coordinate with internal quality, operations, commercial teams, and external partners to support issue resolution.

  • Assist quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams with audits, assessments, validation activities, and process qualification initiatives to support regulatory and operational standards.

  • Support quality and compliance communications by helping develop and deliver training related to manufacturing practices, food or product safety requirements, and operational procedures for internal teams and manufacturing partners.

  • Maintain, review, and coordinate the translation of technical and quality documentation, ensuring records are accurate, current, and properly controlled.

  • Participate in investigations and corrective action processes related to deviations, nonconforming materials, customer complaints, and other quality events.

  • Review and maintain technical documentation required for quality and regulatory compliance, including material specifications, product specifications, labeling information, manufacturing records, and related documentation.

  • Collaborate with product development and commercialization teams by providing operational and manufacturing input that may impact project execution, timelines, and launch readiness.

  • Support initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, supplier performance, service quality, and overall operational effectiveness while managing cost considerations.

  • Work cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices that enhance quality, compliance, and supply chain performance.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may also be considered.

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing operations, production management, or related functions within a regulated or process-driven environment.

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role supporting manufacturing, quality, or operational excellence programs.

  • Strong proficiency with business productivity and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Office applications.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance requirements, process improvement methodologies, and manufacturing best practices.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.

  • Professional fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
