本ポジションでは、API基盤、決済システム、認証・ID管理、リスク管理エンジンなど、サービスの中核を支えるプラットフォームのプロダクト戦略をリードしていただきます。企画立案から要件定義、開発、リリース、運用改善まで一貫して担当し、エンジニア、デザイナー、オペレーションチームと連携しながら、数百万件規模のデジタル取引を支える高可用性・高品質なプラットフォームの構築を推進する重要なポジションです。

• API基盤、認証システム、決済プラットフォーム、金融基盤に関する中長期プロダクトロードマップの策定・推進
• 要件定義から設計、開発、リリースまでプロダクトライフサイクル全体をリード
• エンジニア、デザイナー、オペレーション、ビジネス部門などのクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、プロダクト開発を推進
• ユーザー行動や利用状況を分析し、UX改善や離脱率の低減に向けた施策を立案・実行
• プロジェクトスケジュール、リソース配分、品質管理を統括し、複数プロジェクトを円滑に推進

This role offers end-to-end ownership of strategic platform products while collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative digital experiences.

• Define and execute long-term product roadmaps for core platform architecture, identity services, payment infrastructure, and financial engines.
• Lead the complete product lifecycle from requirements gathering and technical planning through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Analyze customer behavior, platform performance, and usage data to identify opportunities that improve user experience and reduce customer churn.
• Manage project schedules, resource planning, quality assurance, and cross-functional delivery across multiple strategic initiatives.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• WebプラットフォームまたはAPIサービスのプロダクトマネジメント経験
• 中長期のプロダクト戦略およびプロダクトロードマップの策定・実行経験
• 大規模システムやプラットフォームの企画・開発・運用をリードした経験
• API設計、システム連携、ソフトウェア開発プロセスに関する知識・実務経験

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• エンジニアリングとビジネス双方をつなぐ高いリーダーシップ
• 論理的思考力と課題解決能力

• Proven experience leading web platforms, API services, or enterprise digital platform products.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-year product strategies and platform roadmaps.
• Experience managing large-scale software products through the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, platform integration, and modern software development practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong leadership with the ability to align engineering and business objectives.
