本ポジションでは、暗号資産（仮想通貨）やWeb3サービスのプロダクト戦略をリードし、日本最大級のデジタルマーケットプレイスに新たな金融体験を提供していただきます。プロダクト戦略の立案から要件定義、開発、リリース後の改善まで一貫して担当し、エンジニア、UIデザイナー、データアナリストと密接に連携しながら、数千万ユーザーに利用されるサービスの成長を牽引するポジションです。

• Web3・デジタルアセット・暗号資産サービスの成長戦略およびプロダクトロードマップの策定・推進
• プロダクト仕様書を作成し、開発バックログの優先順位付けおよび機能開発をリード
• エンジニアリングチームと連携し、プロジェクト全体の進行管理とリリースを推進
• UI（ユーザーインターフェース）デザイナーやデータアナリストと協力し、ユーザー体験の向上を実現
• ユーザー行動や利用データを分析し、暗号資産サービスの利用促進およびプロダクト改善を推進

In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution for cryptocurrency features integrated into one of Japan's largest digital marketplaces, working alongside engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver innovative financial experiences at scale.

• Develop and execute product growth strategies for Web3 and digital asset trading services.
• Define product specifications, prioritize development backlogs, and manage feature delivery.
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives with engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with UI designers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor user behavior and product performance metrics to optimize cryptocurrency adoption and engagement.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Webサービスまたはモバイルアプリにおける3年以上のプロダクトマネジメントまたはプロダクトオーナー経験
• 要件定義書・仕様書などの技術ドキュメント作成経験
• アジャイル開発環境におけるプロダクト開発・プロジェクト推進経験
• SQLまたはシステムアーキテクチャに関する基礎知識・実務経験

• ブロックチェーンやWeb3、デジタル金融サービスへの高い関心と情熱
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と部門横断での調整・推進力
• データドリブンな意思決定ができる分析力
• 高い主体性を持ち、企画からリリースまで自律的にプロジェクトを推進できる方

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：日常会話レベル

• FinTech、暗号資産、Web3、ブロックチェーン、デジタルウォレット、決済サービスでのプロダクト開発経験
• Web3エコシステムやデジタルアセット取引サービスに関する知識
• プロダクト分析やユーザーインサイトを活用したサービス改善経験

• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading web or mobile product development.
• Proven ability to create clear product specifications and technical requirements documentation.
• Experience managing agile product development and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language), system architecture, or software development concepts.

• Strong passion for blockchain technology, Web3, and digital financial innovation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects independently from concept to launch.

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
• English: Conversational level.

• Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital wallets, or payment platforms.
• Knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, digital asset trading, or decentralized technologies.
• Experience using product analytics and customer insights to drive feature improvements.
