■職務内容■
海外子会社の管理責任者として、現地社長と連携しながら管理部門全般を統括していただきます。
≪具体的な業務内容≫
・経理、財務管理(予算策定、月次・年度決算、資金管理)
・会計管理および業績分析
・債権管理、与信管理
・人事、労務管理
・内部統制、コンプライアンス体制の構築
・会計監査、税務調査対応
・本社、事業本部との連携
・各種プロジェクト(事業改革、システム導入等)の推進
・現地社長の経営支援、アドバイス
■期待する役割■
・現地社長のビジネスパートナーとして経営を支援
・管理部門組織のマネジメント(経理・財務・人事総務・法務・内部統制・サービス)
・ガバナンス強化およびリスク管理
・本社方針の現地展開と運用
■求める経験・能力・資格等■
≪必須(Must)≫
・ASEAN駐在経験：３年以上
・財務/管理経験(経営管理、管理会計)：５年以上
・管理職経験：２年以上
・英語：ビジネスレベル
≪歓迎(Want)≫
・メーカーでの勤務経験、ガバナンスや不正対応経験
≪求める人物像≫
・自律的に課題を発見し、周囲を巻き込んで推進できる方
・海外など異なる文化の中で、他社とコミュニケーションが取れる方
■オファー内容(勤務条件)■
≪年収≫ 約800万～1,100万円 ※経験に応じて相談
≪勤務地≫ ホーチミン市内オフィス
≪勤務時間≫ 月～金8:00～17:00
≪休暇≫ 土日祝日休み(ベトナムのカレンダーに準ずる)
