COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client Company is a well-established manufacturer specializing in electrical and electronics components manufacturing, the organization is hiring for Operation Manager to oversee end-to-end factory operations within a dynamic production environment. The role will be in charge of driving operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing performance, implementing improvement initiatives as well as contributing to business growth.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost targets while aligning manufacturing activities with business objectives.

• Lead daily factory operations, including production, planning, engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure efficient and reliable execution.

• Drive capacity planning, factory layout optimization, capital investment initiatives, and New Product Introduction (NPI) collaboration across departments.

• Monitor operational performance through KPIs such as output, yield, efficiency, and downtime, implementing corrective actions and data-driven improvements where required.

• Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, UL, and other applicable standards while maintaining high levels of product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Build and develop high-performing teams by coaching managers, fostering accountability and safety, and identifying future leaders within the organization.
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Preferably with at least 10 years of experience in managing manufacturing operations, experience in electrical / electronic components would be added advantage.

• Capability in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale production operations.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Proven ability to drive operational improvements, cost optimization, and organizational development initiatives.

• Well versed in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and implementation.
