Japanese Speaking Relationship Manager
ロンドン拠点の大手グローバル銀行では、日本語スピーキング Relationship Manager + Vice Presidentを募集しています。
・欧州における日系法人顧客とのリレーションシップを構築・強化し、コーポレートバンキングのリレーションシップ・マネージャーとして顧客を担当する
・ローン、トランザクションバンキング等のコーポレートバンキング商品に関する主要窓口として、顧客ニーズに応じたソリューションを提供する
・M&A案件を中心とした新規ビジネス機会の発掘および案件のオリジネーションを行う
・顧客の財務状況をモニタリングし、財務分析および信用分析を実施するとともに、与信リスクを適切に管理する
・与信申請、各種承認申請（Waiver）およびポートフォリオ管理業務の作成・レビューを行う
・M&A案件において、アドバイザリー会社や社内関連部署との連携・調整を行う
・EMEA域内の各拠点、日本拠点、およびプロダクトチームと連携し、総合的な金融ソリューションを提供する
・各種規制要件、AML（アンチマネー・ローンダリング）および社内規程を遵守する
・日本語ネイティブレベルおよびビジネスレベル以上の英語力
・コーポレートバンキングにおけるリレーションシップ・マネージャーとしての豊富な実務経験
・M&A案件およびコーポレートファイナンスに関する知識・経験
・プロジェクトファイナンス、トレードファイナンス、トレジャリー商品および信用分析に関する確かな知識
・MiFID IIおよび金融犯罪関連規制に関する知識
・学士号または同等の学歴を有すること
