Key Responsibilities
∙Perform on-site installation, servicing, modification, and repair of semiconductor
manufacturing equipment
∙Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system repairs
∙Maintain accurate service records and technical reports
∙Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and customers to minimize equipment
downtime
∙Order, replace, and install equipment parts as needed
∙Respond to emergency service calls and work flexible shifts, including weekends
when required
∙Provide operational and maintenance training to customer technicians
∙Execute equipment upgrades and modifications as necessary
∙Stay updated on tools and equipment through training, manuals, and technical
resources
∙Follow standard procedures to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
∙Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of company assets (e.g., tools, vehicles)
∙Maintain professional conduct and compliance with on-site standards and policies
∙Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and resolve issues
∙Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
∙Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to ensure high customer satisfaction
∙Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and practices
∙Handle engineering change requests (ECO) efficiently and maintain composure under
pressure
∙Perform additional duties as assigned
∙Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information

Qualifications & Skills
∙Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
∙Basic understanding of the semiconductor industry
∙Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, and electrical
schematics
∙Knowledge of gas systems used in semiconductor processes is a plus
∙Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
∙Ability to follow detailed instructions in English accurately and consistently
∙Good communication and interpersonal skills
∙Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
∙Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules when required
∙Cleanroom training and basic industry safety knowledge (preferred or to be acquired)
∙High level of professionalism, reliability, and adaptability
