E-Commerce Operations Lead（EC運営）
仕事内容
グローバルに事業を展開する企業にて、公式ECサイトの運営を中心に、商品企画や販促施策、イベント販売まで幅広く携わっていただくポジションです。
ECサイトの運営だけではなく、マーケティングや商品企画、リアルイベントでの販売など、多角的な視点でブランドの成長に貢献いただきます。
主な業務
- ECサイト（Shopify等）の運営・改善
- 在庫管理、物流、受注・発送、カスタマーサポート
- 売上・アクセスデータの分析および改善施策の立案
- 商品企画、マーチャンダイジング、販促キャンペーンの推進
- 社内外の関係者との連携
- イベント会場や会員制ラウンジでの販売サポート
