【業務概要】
当企業は、京都大学発の中性子原子型量子コンピュータスタートアップです。2027年のプロトタイプ実現に向け、国内外から研究者・エンジニアを採用しながら急速に組織を拡張しています。
人事責任者（Head of HR）のもと、採用・人事制度の両面で実務を担うメンバーを募集します。「設計は任せるから、動いてほしい」というポジションです。
【具体的な業務内容】
■採用
・研究者・エンジニア・コーポレート各職種の採用実務全般
・媒体管理・エージェント対応・クロージング
・採用ブランディング施策の実行支援
■人事制度
・等級・評価・報酬制度の運用・改善補助
・就業規則・社内規程類の整備・更新
