小規模かつ多分野のエンジニアで構成されるチームの一員として、実務を主導し、細部まで徹底して取り組める「電気設計・試験エンジニア」を募集します。環境モニタリングやカスタム電源ソリューションに使用される電子システムの設計、統合、および試験業務を担っていただきます。

設計チームの主な業務内容：
• バックアップ電源システムの設計：
o AVR（自動電圧調整器）
o 絶縁トランス
o リチウムイオン電池搭載システムを含むバックアップ電源システム
o 再生可能エネルギーソリューション
o ディーゼル発電機
• カスタム電源ソリューションの設計
o 特殊な電力変換（パワーコンディショニング）およびバックアップソリューション
• アナログおよびデジタル回路基板の設計：回路図作成、部品選定、レイアウトレビュー
• 低ノイズ、高安定性、低消費電力を実現するための回路シミュレーションおよび最適化
• COTS（汎用商用）モジュールのシステム全体への統合（センサー、通信、制御、電源）
• 実験用機器（オシロスコープ、アナライザー等）を使用した回路デバッグ
• PCBおよびシステムレベルの検証に向けた試験計画の策定と実施
• EMI/EMC適合性の確保およびメカ（機構）との統合
• ファームウェア、メカ、製造チームとの連携および管理
• 設計、試験結果、適合性データに関する詳細なドキュメント作成
• 規制適合のサポート：FCC、CE、ISO、IEC規格

応募資格：
• 電気工学または関連分野の学士号
• 設計および試験における5年以上の実務経験
• アナログ／ミックスドシグナル設計の熟練したスキル（ADC、DAC、信号調整回路など）
• シリアル通信に関する深い知識（RS-232、RS-485、I2C、SPI、CAN、UART）
• 試験機器（オシロスコープ、ロジック／スペクトラムアナライザー等）の操作スキル
• 優れたドキュメント作成能力およびコミュニケーション能力

We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Electrical Design & Test Engineer to join our small, multidisciplinary engineering team. The ideal candidate will support the design, integration, and testing of electronic systems used in environmental monitoring and custom power solutions.

Design Team Responsibilities:

• System Design of Backup Power Systems:
  • AVR
  • Isolation Transformers
  • Power Backup systems including Lithium Ion Battery based systems.
  • Renewable Energy Solutions
  • Diesel Generators
• Design of custom power solutions
  • Specialised power conditioning and backup solutions
• Design analog and digital circuit boards: schematic capture, component selection, and layout review
• Simulate and optimize circuits for low noise, high stability, and low power
• Integrate COTS modules into complete system designs (sensor, comms, control, power)
• Perform circuit debugging using lab tools (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.)
• Create and execute test plans for PCB and system-level validation
• Ensure EMI/EMC compliance and mechanical integration
• Manage and Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
• Detailed documentation of designs, test results, and compliance data
• Support regulatory compliance: FCC, CE, ISO, IEC standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in design and testing
• Proficiency in analog/mixed-signal design, including ADCs, DACs, and signal conditioning
• Strong knowledge of serial communications (RS-232, RS-485, I2C, SPI, CAN, UART)
• Skilled with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic/spectrum analyzers, etc.)
• Strong documentation and communication skills

応募資格

• 電気工学、フィールドエンジニアリング、またはシステム統合における3年以上の実務経験

• 電気システム、配線、および計装機器に関する高い実務スキル

• アナログ／ミックスドシグナル回路（ADC、DAC、信号調整回路など）の経験

• 各種試験機器の使用経験

• 実環境におけるトラブルシューティングおよび原因解析の経験

• フィールド業務に伴う出張対応が可能な方（国内および場合によっては海外）

• 優れた文書作成能力およびコミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件：

• 電気工学系の学士号

• 電源システム（バッテリー、太陽光、発電機）に関する知識

• 日本語能力（ビジネスレベル以上）

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, field engineering, or system integration
• Strong hands-on skills with electrical systems, wiring, and instrumentation
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, signal conditioning)
• Proficiency with test equipment
• Experience troubleshooting and root cause analysis in real-world environments
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork (domestic and occasional international)
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of power systems (battery, solar, generators)
• Japanese language ability (business level or higher)
