ポジション概要

英語・日本語のバイリンガルのソリューションアーキテクトとして自動車業界向けにSAP S/4HANAの導入とグローバルテンプレートの拡張を担当し、システム設計や管理、各国向けのカスタマイズ、他のシステムとの連携を行っていただきます。大規模な海外プロジェクトや日本の業務プロセスの理解、複数国にわたるグローバル展開のご経験をお持ちの方からのご応募をお待ちしております。

We are seeking a Japanese/English bilingual Solution Architect for a 5-year, long-term engagement. This role involves implementing SAP S/4HANA and extending global templates for the Japanese automotive industry, encompassing system design and management, country-specific customization, and integration with other systems. A successful applicant must be native or native-level Japanese speaker with a solid experience with large-scale global projects, a deep understanding of Japanese business processes, and experience with global rollouts involving multiple countries.

具体的な業務例/ Responsibilities：

本ポジションをご担当いただく方には、基本設計から構築、テスト、本番環境での稼働からGo-Liveまで、導入プロジェクトを強いリーダーシップを発揮し全般的にリードいただきます。

The successful applicant for this role, would be expected to lead the implementation project across the entire lifecycle with a strong leadership, ranging from basic design, build, and testing to deployment in the production environment and the final Go-Live.

• 顧客の課題に対する最適なソリューションを提案、標準規格を考慮した日本市場向けのアーキテクチャ設計

• グローバルなテンプレートの強化、日本向けのローカライズ

•  設計責任者として、GRCに沿ってアーキテクチャ設計変更を承認

• SAPやその他の業務システム（MES、PMC、その他ツール）を統合するアーキテクチャの定義・管理 

• 提供するソリューションに関する方向性を明示そ、正確な指示のもと構築・実装を推進

• システム導入の各フェーズ（設計、構築、テスト、展開、運用）の推進 

• 日本の法律や監査基準などの規制への適合

• ビジネスサイドやグローバルプロセス担当者、ITリーダーとの連携 

• Propose optimal solutions to address customer challenges and design architectures tailored to the Japanese market while adhering to standard specifications

• Enhance global templates and localizing systems for the Japanese market

• Approve architectural design changes in compliance with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) as a system design lead

• Define and manage architectures that integrate SAP with other business systems (MES, PMC, and other tools)

• Provide the clear definiton and the direction of the solutions to be provided, to build/ implement solutions

• Drive each phase of system implementation (design, build, test, deployment, and operation)

• Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations, including laws and audit standards

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leaders

本ポジションはハイブリッド出社のポジションとなります。出社比率は業務によって変わります。フルリモート希望の方は不可。/ This role requires you to work in the office, with the opportunity to work-from-home. The ratio of in-office work varies depending on the nature of the tasks.　Not intended for those who are seeking "hybrid" or "fully remote" jobs.

本ポジションの契約更新サイクルは3ヶ月もしくは6ヶ月毎ですが、長期契約を想定した採用で、短期プロジェクトベースでのメンバー採用は想定しておりません。/ The contract renewal cycle is 3 to 6 month rolling & and is a long-term contract, not intended to hire a short project-based members.

大手製造業・オートモーティブ業界でのプロジェクト経験をお持ちで、以下のご経験・知識をお持ちの方/Successful Applicants Must have experience in Large-scale Manufacturing or Automotoive companies, AND the following experience and knowledge；

• 日本語ネイティブ、またはネイティブレベルの日本語運用能力
• エンド・ツー・エンドのソリューションアーキテクチャ設計
• SAP S/4HANA 導入運用プロジェクト実績
• FI領域の深い知識：FI-GL（総勘定元帳）、FI-AP（買掛金管理）、FI-AR（売掛金管理）、FI-AA（固定資産管理）
• 日本の税務の流れや会計実務に関する理解
• Native or native-level Japanese proficiency
• Strong track records of End-to-end solution architecture design
• Solid track records of SAP S/4HANA implementation/operation projects
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP FI area: FI-GL (General Ledger), FI-AP (Accounts Payable), FI-AR (Accounts Receivable), and FI-AA (Asset Accounting).
• Understanding of Japanese tax procedures and accounting practices

• SAP S/4HANA認定資格
• 日本の製造業における基準・規格に関する深い知識
• ディスクリート生産、サプライチェーン、品質管理、原価管理、生産管理などの知識
• 決算処理、法定報告、および財務報告の経験
• SAP S/4HANA Certification
• In-depth knowledge of standards and specifications within the Japanese manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of discrete manufacturing, supply chain, quality management, cost management, production management, etc.
• Experience of handling accounting, statutory reporting, and financial reporting.
