100名規模の工場で縫製技術者兼工場管理者としてご勤務いただきます。
パターンや縫製技術指導をメインに行っていただきます。
【職務内容】
・中・高級衣料品（メンズ/レディース）縫製指導全般
・生産委託先海外縫製会社の技術・管理レベル診断および生産委託可否判断
・アパレル商品企画段階での品質不良リスクの洗い出しと対策実行
・海外縫製会社に対する品質保証体制構築および品質・生産効率改善提案／指導
・縫製品不良に対する原因究明および再発防止対策の実施
