★光学製品を扱う同社において研究開発のポジションを1名ずつ募集致します★
【業務内容】
（１）研究開発 光学素子（設計評価）
■新規事業創出に向けたメタサーフェス光学素子の研究開発
・シミュレーションによる新規メタサーフェス光学素子の設計
・設計した光学素子の試作・改良（委託先との協業含む）
・試作した光学素子の評価（光学評価、機器分析、他）
（２）研究開発 医療・ヘルスケア
■新規事業として医療・ヘルスケア領域の価値創出を実現する光学機器の研究開発
・撮像・計測・診断に関する新規システムの企画立案から試作・評価・量産化に向けた機器開発までを担当

・光学素子の評価に関する知識・経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
（２）研究開発～医療・ヘルスケア～
■必須条件
・光学、電子機器または分析装置の開発経験（医療機器であれば尚可）
■歓迎要件
・幾何光学および分光分析法に関する知識・経験
・医療機器認証プロセスに関する知識・経験
・ビジネスレベルでの英語力
・特許出願・技術発表の実績
