同社のSales Engineer（CPI）として、既存顧客との関係構築および新規顧客の開拓を通じて、売上・利益の最大化を実現し、顧客満足度の向上と市場拡大を推進することが本ポジションの目的です。製品に関する専門知識を活かしながら、顧客の課題やニーズを的確に把握し、社内外の関係者と連携して最適なソリューションを提案・提供していただきます。
【具体的には】
・既存顧客との関係構築・維持および新規顧客開拓
・顧客課題・ニーズの把握と最適なソリューション提案
・技術部門と連携した提案書・技術資料の作成
・見積作成、契約交渉および契約締結
・納期管理、導入支援およびアフターフォロー
・売上・利益目標達成に向けた営業戦略の立案・実行
・CRMを活用した顧客・案件管理および営業実績分析
・展示会・セミナー等を活用した市場開拓とリード創出
・市場動向・競合分析を踏まえた事業拡大施策の推進
・社内関係部門と連携した顧客課題の解決および収益最大化
