需要予測と在庫計画を担当し、社内外の関係者と連携して需要予測の精度向上と適正在庫の維持を推進する役割です。
予測モデルやシステムの運用、データ管理、月次レビューやレポート作成を通じて、需要・在庫の動向分析と業務改善を行います。
また、在庫水準や補充計画を管理し、欠品防止と在庫削減の両立を図りながら、サービスレベル向上を支援します。
