・再生可能エネルギーを資源とする発電所、蓄電所等の開発プロジェクトに関する契約のドラフティング・交渉・レビュー（株主間契約、土地利用契約、EPC契約、OM契約等プロジェクトファイナンスに関連する契約を含みます。）
・ビジネス企画を分析し、リーガルイシュー及びリーガル視点でのビジネスイシューの課題解決
・紛争、トラブル解決のための企画立案と実行
・その他契約書のレビューやグループ会社を含むコーポレート関係のリーガル対応
・マネジメント報告と意思決定を主たるメンバーとして実行
