■仕事内容
プロダクトマネージャーとして、Web、アプリ、CMS、CRMなどのプロダクトやサービスの運営と開発をリードし、ユーザー体験の向上と事業成長の両立を担っていただきます。
メディアとして必要な機能開発やユーザー目線でのUI/UXの改善が主な業務となります。編集やマーケティング、営業などの社内ステークホルダーに加え、海外のエンジニアチームと日常的に英語で連携しながら、サービス開発を推進します。
＜主な業務＞
・プロダクトロードマップの策定および機能開発の企画・推進
・ユーザー課題の発見と、課題を解決するアイデアの創出～要件定義までエンジニアやデザイナーと協業して、プロダクトの企画・開発のディレクション
・リリース前案件の品質確認
・リリース後の効果検証、PDCAサイクル

・Web/アプリの基本理解（フロント/バック、API）
