・株主間契約、土地利用契約、EPC契約、O M契約
・プロジェクトファイナンス契約のドラフティング、交渉、レビュー
・リーガルイシューの特定、リーガルの視点からのビジネス課題の解決
・紛争・トラブル解決に向けた施策の企画立案および実行
・その他契約書のレビューやコーポレート関係のリーガル対応
