■業務内容
・主に海外での再エネ及びGX事業におけるファイナンスのストラクチャー検討、財務モデル作成、金融機関や共同事業者との協議のリード（単にファイナンスのみを行う立場ではなく、事業を深く理解してリスク低減と収益性向上に関与し、プロジェクトマネージャーと並走して事業の実現を担っていただきます）
また、場合によっては、M A等の戦略的取引の検討、分析及び実行や、コーポレートファイナンスの計画立案及び実行もお任せする可能性もあり、幅広い経験を身に着けて頂けます。
