Job Description
お客様の様々な課題をAIと数理最適化手法を用いて解決する業務全般をリードしていただきます。
《案件例》
・鉄道・交通分野における様々な計画の最適化ソリューション開発
・電力需供計画の最適化ソリューション開発
・配船計画の最適化ソリューション開発
具体的には、以下のような業務を担当してもらいます（能力と希望ベースで担当領域を相談）。
・最適化エンジン/ソルバーのプログラム設計、実装、結果レポーティング
・業務システムとの結合
・SaaSプロダクトの開発における最適化アルゴリズムの設計・実装
・顧客への結果の説明や、要件のヒアリング
・社内のデータサイエンティストを対象にした技術力向上のための教育活動

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・数理最適化ソルバー(Gurobi, SCIP, etc.)を用いた実務経験
・数理最適化インターフェイス（gurobipy, pyomo, OR-Tools）を用いた実務経験
【歓迎条件】
・PythonもしくはC++を用いたプログラム開発経験
・アカデミックで数理最適化の研究をしていた経験
・メタヒューリスティクスアルゴリズムを用いた最適化エンジンの開発経験
・AtCoder Algorithmレート水色以上
・アカデミックでのヒューリスティックアルゴリズムの研究経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
・外国籍の方の場合は、N2以上の日本語スキル
・AWS等のクラウド環境での開発経験
・電力、配船、鉄道・交通といったドメインに対する知識
