What the job entails
As a Project/Quality Engineer within the OEM Division, you will play a central role from order intake through the start of production. You will serve as the main technical and quality contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, effective internal alignment, and consistent progress through the product development cycle.
Your work will cover quality assurance activities, customer coordination, and support for customer visits to overseas manufacturing sites. You will also help advance new business opportunities through technical presentations and proactive customer engagement. This role is well suited to someone who is energized by cross-functional work, external-facing communication, and contributing to both customer satisfaction and market expansion.
Key requirements / What we look for
3+ years of experience in a technical or quality role within the automotive parts industry, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier
Experience coordinating with global departments
Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and customers
Proactive, self-motivated mindset
English proficiency at conversational level or higher (TOEIC 600+)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
