Job Description
◆グループ全体の教育・研修の最適化を図る「ものづくり学園」において、会社のニーズに基づ いた教育施策の立案から実行まで幅広く携わっていただきます。
・各部門や現場の声を丁寧に吸い上げた、教育ニーズの集約と企画立案
・既存の階層別研修の枠にとらわれない、新しい研修・成長機会の企画および実行
・「共通講座」の拡大と推進
・外部講師や研修ベンダーとの折衝・ディレクション業務
・既存の教育・研修プログラムの運営、課題抽出およびOJT（職場実践）を支援する仕組み作り
の改善策の立案・実行
・各部署が個別に受けている外部研修の全社展開・集約窓口としての機能

Required Skills

企業における人事、人材開発、研修企画、またはそれに準ずる業務経験
外部講師や研修ベンダーとの折衝・ディレクション経験
製造業における教育・研修実務の経験
コンサルティングファーム等での課題解決・提案業務の経験
組織開発（OD）に関する知識や実践経験
現状の課題を分析し、具体的な施策に落とし込める課題解決スキル
海外出張が可能な方
