Description:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in financial services PMI (Post Merger Integration) topics, ideally on the divestiture side of the M&A operation.
- Familiar with IT projects and Korean regulatory constraints.
- Project Management role to oversee/coordinate the divestiture operation of one insurance branch from a global bancassurance group.
- Fluent/native level Korean and fluency in English are mandatory.
- Hybrid work setup (1 day from the office and the remaining days can be remote).
