ポジション概要
- 外資系テック企業のデータ収集・マッピング関連プロジェクトにて、オペレーション品質とデータ品質の確認を担当いただくポジションです。
- 現場から上がってくるデータ、写真、位置情報、日本語/英語テキストなどを確認し、不備や違和感がないかをチェックします。
- また、日々の進捗や品質状況をレポートし、必要に応じて関係者へのエスカレーションや調整を行います。
- 単なるデータ入力や事務作業ではなく、現場オペレーションとデータ品質の両方を見ながら、プロジェクトの円滑な進行を支える役割です。

【必須要件】
・日本語および英語での業務コミュニケーションが可能な方
・オペレーション、業務管理、プロジェクトサポート、品質確認、またはデータ管理に関連する実務経験
・Google Workspace、Excel、Google Sheetsなどを使用した基本的なデータ確認・管理経験
・社内外の関係者と連携し、進捗確認や問題のエスカレーションを行った経験
・細かい情報の不備や違和感に気づき、正確に確認・報告できる方
【歓迎要件】
・Field Operations、Logistics Operations、Delivery Operations、Quality Assurance、Trust & Safety、Content Review、Localization QAなどの経験
・業務改善、プロセス改善、SOP作成、レポート作成の経験
・データや業務状況を確認し、エラー、不備、改善点を見つけた経験
・SQL、ダッシュボードツール、データ分析ツールの使用経験
・外資系企業または多国籍チームでの業務経験
