A leading AI-driven wealth management fintech company in Korea is entering a critical growth phase as it prepares for global expansion beyond its current domestic market.

The company is evolving toward a next-generation AI-powered investment platform focused on U.S. equities and ETFs, leveraging proprietary investment algorithms, data infrastructure, and automation capabilities. The organization is currently rebuilding its technology foundation to support scalable global growth.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Founding Full-stack Tech Lead who has successfully built and launched products from 0→1 and enjoys solving problems across the entire technology stack.

This role is ideal for someone who can work directly with the Founder, make architectural decisions, write production code, leverage modern AI development tools, and help establish the foundation for a future engineering organization.

This is primarily a builder role, not a pure people-management position.

Key Responsibilities

Full-stack Product Development

• Design, develop, and launch new products and features end-to-end

• Own frontend, backend, infrastructure, and deployment decisions

• Drive rapid product iteration and experimentation

• Build scalable architecture for future global expansion

Platform & Architecture

• Evaluate and modernize existing systems where necessary

• Design scalable backend architecture and APIs

• Improve platform reliability, performance, and security

• Establish engineering best practices and technical standards

AI & Automation

• Integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products

• Utilize LLM technologies and AI APIs to enhance user experience

• Explore AI-driven productivity and automation opportunities

• Leverage modern AI development workflows and tools

Cloud & DevOps

• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines

• Maintain CI/CD environments and engineering automation

• Optimize system observability, monitoring, and operational efficiency

Technology Leadership

• Serve as the technical partner to the Founder

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions

• Help define future engineering hiring requirements and team structure

• Establish a culture of speed, ownership, and execution

Required Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• Experience building and shipping products from 0→1 or scaling products from 1→10

• Strong hands-on full-stack engineering capability

• Proven ability to work independently with high ownership

• Startup, SaaS, Fintech, AI, or consumer product experience preferred

• Strong product mindset and business-oriented thinking
