Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain supplier manufacturing data pipelines, databases, and data quality controls to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
Create and enhance automated dashboards and real-time analytics to monitor supplier quality, yield, defect rates, and manufacturing performance.
Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, process deviations, and potential risks, driving timely corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with foundry, assembly, and test subcontractors to improve manufacturing quality and operational performance.
Lead data-driven problem-solving activities using quality tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis.
Support predictive analytics and smart manufacturing initiatives to strengthen quality monitoring and supply chain resilience.
Provide rotational weekend support for critical manufacturing and quality monitoring activities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or semiconductor operations.
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Fab, Assembly, Test, and Post-Test.
Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, JMP, or Minitab.
Familiarity with quality and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in predictive analytics, AI/ML, Digital Twins, Cloud Computing, or Edge Computing.
Programming knowledge in SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive quality improvements.
