Job Description
【業務概要】
顧客は精密機器メーカーにて、品質マネージャーの配下で、詳細な不具合原因の分析（トラブルシューティング）を行い、検査機器の校正・管理、現場作業員への技術指導を担う。
＜技術的エスカレーションと不良分析＞
一般の作業スタッフからエスカレーションされた、難易度の高いハードウェアや基板レベルの不具合原因の特定と修理の実行。
＜SOPおよび工具の最適化＞
技術的な標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成・更新。新しい修理用治具、工具、および検査用ソフトウェアの検証。
＜作業員トレーニング＞
高い品質基準を維持するため、リペアスタッフや検査員に対する技術指導および社内資格の評価・認定。
＜設備の校正・メンテナンス＞
診断用テスター、ソフトウェアツール、および静電気（ESD）対策設備の定期メンテナンスと校正（キャリブレーション）の管理。
